By that logic you're no true Marvel fan.

He didn't care for the majority of the terminator films. I have liked well over the majority of the marvel films. Don't be dumb.

You thought IM3 and Cap 1 were terrible and are therefore hence not a true Marvel fan. True Marvel fans don't claim that a Marvel movie is terrible, dumbass.

You claimed multiple Marvel movies to be terrible. That doesn't sound like a true fan by troll logic.

No, my logic has to do with him hating the majority of the terminator films. Quit being dumb.

Quan is a little slow. Please forgive him.

Anyways, by troll logic you're not a Cap fan since you thought 1 was terrible and 2 was overrated. You're not an IM fan since you claimed IM3 is terrible and IM2 isn't very good. You're not a true Thor fan since you always rail against him in the versus thread. That's three of four Avengers you're not a true fan of, which means you're not a true Avengers fan. Since Avengers is marvel's signature property, that ultimately means you're not a true marvel fan.

I liked cap 2. Im2,3.

I am objective and versus threads I don't argue for who I like more. I agree but I don't let subjectivity creep into the versus threads. You're an idiot.

Says the guy who called this garbage better than T1 and T2 😂

So either people thought it was atrocious or pretty good

I liked the homage to T1 and T2, but as soon as the John Connor Terminator thing came into it, the plot just got stupid.

I do.

No, it did not. I'm not the only one who enjoyed it but anything outside the first two you find awful so you aren't a fan at all.

I've actually got the 3rd and 4th on Dvd despite not "loving" them. And I really liked the Sarah Connor Chronicles.

Yeah I'm a James Cameron Terminator fanboy, but that doesn't mean I'll just blindly love any sequels, and like SCC proved, I'm always excited for new material and will give it a chance.

But this was garbage. I won't be surprised if it flops.

But you don't like them. I didn't say you have to like them all but only liking two is kind of bad when that isn't even the majority.

This movie was pretty enjoyable. I see no reason why you didn't enjoy it. John Connor was badass in the film.

I like the SCC, so that technically counts for way over half the Live Action material. And shows I'm always eager for more. Besides your theory of "You have to like half to be a fan" is really dumb.

If they actually make a good modern day Terminator sequel I would be ecstatic.

Because I need more than "Arny going up against A Bad Ass Invincible Terminator."

I need a Plot that has me interested.

And jeez that Jai Courtney was terrible. He didn't even try to act like the Original Kyle Reese.

You don't have to do anything I just think it looks bad when they just released a really fun film.

This wasn't the same as John Connor and the entire alternate reality turned everything upside down. Pops was up against 3 badass terminators in this one. John Connor was extremely badass and they had a trilogy in. so it's a real shame we will never see their plans play out.

👆 I love the originals too.

Sarah Conner Chronicles was great, mostly because Summer Glau is a goddess.

I hate how it ended on such a cliffhanger though..

I think it was with the first episode there was a continuity screw up.

Wow JW beating Terminator.

JW might win the weekend, followed by IO. Hopefully TG can break even by Overseas BO.

http://www.forbes.com/sites/scottmendelson/2015/07/04/box-office-terminator-genisys-continues-to-self-terminate-with-10-8m-friday/

erminator Genisys continued to make its own grim fate. The Arnold Schwarzenegger sequel earned $10.8 million on Friday, which brought its cume to $26.55m and set the stage for a $28m Fri-Sun and $42m Wed-Sun holiday debut. I know I tend to try to find the positive in almost any big weekend debut, but this is frankly a (domestic) disaster for the very expensive Paramount/Viacom VIAB -0.63% Inc. sequel/reboot/remake. Skydance Productions and friends may want to hold off on dating any future installments until they see if overseas box office can save them. To wit, the film has earned $27.97m overseas as of Thursday since opening in a few territories last weekend. It’s opening in most of the world over the holiday so its fate may-well be determined by Sunday. This this is a $155m production we’re talking about here, so it’s pretty much a done deal in America.
