The inquisitor explores the far reaches of the galaxy in search of cure. However, Darth Nox emerged as an anomaly, an absolute master of Sith Sorcery based dark arts, who significantly bolstered his power by consuming and harnessing the power of other dark side entities in remarkable ways, becoming seemingly unstoppable in the process.

Darth Thanaton is canonically an incredibly powerful Force-user and among the Empire's top warriors; likely among the most powerful Sith Lords of the mythos (galactic history).

Darth Nox managed to defeat such a powerful Sith Lord on the basis of his incredible command of dark sorcery; Nox used the Force walking technique to significantly bolster his power with combined might of several "powerful" Sith and/or dark side practitioners of different eras, essentially approaching "super-strong Strike Team" power level(s), this on top of his body being permanently enhanced by a Rakatan device.

The first ancient Sith Empire reached its pinnacle in all aspects during the Golden Age. This process of improvement continued up till SWTOR era.

I am well aware of Nox's strength. I wrote a Respect thread on him and have a lv 55 Sorcerer. My thoughts are unchanged.

The link proves nothing, other than that you love the look of your own text. Prove that Andeddu was significantly below the Sith of Vitiates Empire.

To put it another way, "Proving your dude is strong doesn't prove the other dude is weak." You've proven that your guy is strong, but Krayt is also strong, so re-iterating that your guy is strong doesn't establish a higher level, just what we already knew.

We're going to need more than era-ism, especially as Andeddu was a figure who achieved great knowledge of his own unique research that he did not pass on during his lifetime, or to anyone involved in the TOR Empire (Freedon Nadd was the next to find Andeddu's holocron and he didn't pass it on. After that, the holocron apparently remains undiscovered until Bane!). His secrets remained lost to the Sith Empire. And said secrets were still considered great and valuable by the pinnacle of the Rule of Two era, who's force knowledge at least equaled if not surpassed the TOR Empire's sith's.

Exactly. Even if the era was superior in terms of the average Sith, that doesn't mean that the high level TOR Sith are better than the best of Andeddu's era. Especially in terms of different aspects. Its similar to how I would argue the TOR Jedi are better than the PT Jedi in lightsaber combat, but Yoda is still a better swordsman than anyone currently known about in TOR.

After all, let's say a sith is better in the force than everyone else in Andeddu's time. Well, so was Andeddu! By a margin!
