Stark vs ID4 fleet

This is a very good thread. Wasn't trying to be a Stark fanboy. Not trying to drag it out ad nauseum, but Tony develops tech for the military. He sells tech to them that is one step ahead of what they already have, then he develops stuff in his basement that is 2 steps ahead of what he just sold them. He hacks into their satellites and comms at will, just like he did at that congressional hearing in IM2. He is going to know what is at Area 51. He will be able to reverse engineer their tech. He may not be able to develop it on his own, but with some reverse engineer work I believe he can. He developed the arc reactor and new new periodic table element, jarvis, etc. on his own. Can he reverse engineer things enough to beat the aliens at their own game? No--their ships are too big and strong for a few small earth made ships or upgraded IM armors. He can still fly the Area 51 ship up and upload a virus (in my opinion). When that happens, we don't even need a drunk crop duster making a lucky shot. The shields will drop and nuke missles can take down the big ships anyway. (plus the internal nuke in the space mothership). Just my opinion.

The word used for how far ahead his tech was, was "decades."

Not just a few steps, like multiple generations ahead. He also has a True AI system, Jarvis.
