Not proven and considering Reacher's damage output to McClane's damage soaking, not likely.
Stuart had to resort to a BFR, cos he could only beat on McClane, not defeat him.
Not proven and considering Bond's damage output to McClane's damage soaking, maybe not. This would be a great fight though.

Bond took a bullet straight to the chest and fell 300 feet of a moving train into a river and survived in the beginning of Skyfall. His durability is far superior.
