Both can feel pain and die.
They can be physically interacted with so there is no proof the Dementors can't physically interact with them.

Sauron's disembodiment doesn't automatically mean "soul" in the sense of humans in HP. We saw him without a body in DoS and that wasn't anything like an HP human's soul. You're also now comparing Sauron to an HP human. 😂 Silly monkey.
Insects can feel pain and die. Can Dementors by those two merits alone feed off an insect's emotions and suck its soul?
If you're insisting the Balrog can interact with the Dementors, then they all die via flaming body and flaming weapons, as noted by the Lestov. Good job killing your favorite franchise again 🙂

The Balrog is not human.
If you made this thread about Dementor v. Gandalf, or something, this would be a different story, but Balrogs cannot be affected by the dementors because Balrogs don't have good inner thoughts/ bad inner thoughts - they just ARE.
