Well it's worth using again, any mocking or bashing of such a mediocre movie is worth using several times. And if anyone is going to be offended by a stupid parody of the title then they deserve to be offended.
leave backfire be. he has his own opinion on stuff... most of them i don't even agree with (matrix sucks, for example). but if somebody is as easily offended, they don't belong to these boards... there's a lot of f*cked up sh!t crawling around in these here boards and "passion of the crap" doesn't even come close.

The Matrix is a weird one. Reloaded was a great action movie and would have been a good link between the 1st and 3rd had the 3rd not sucked balls. The first one had an incredible storyline with many possibilities, you just gotta understand them.
Titanic is the most overrated in my opinion. As is Lord Of The Rings. As awesome as they are, it's mostly people who haven't read the books that love the movies. I read the book when I was about 6 so therefore the way Jackson messed Arwen's character up pissed me off.

Well, I don't certainly don't appreciate my Lord and saviour being referred to as fecal matter, as you so eloquently "parodied" the title.
I think it's rather unprofessional/unbecoming conduct of a seemingly well revered staff member. As for me "deserving to be offended"; I guess I should apologize for being Christian, and thinking the staff wouldn't let their personal prejudices get in the way of how they conduct themselves professionally around here?

Most people are just impressed by things even remotely smart. The reason people love Donnie Darko is because they think they are smart coz they understand it, makes them feel good. Hence why not alot of dullards like The Matrix, coz they don't get enough of the subtle themes.

Heh, come on, man. We all know I make fun of everything. I also wasn't intending to call jesus fecal matter, I just sustituted "christ" for a word to describe my discontent for that movie. I meant no connection between "crap" and "christ".
And since when is a joke a "personal prejeduce"? I don't hate anyone, I don't hate Christians, I simply hated the movie, and my parody was a simple joke to show that.
And just because I'm a mod doesn't mean I don't have the same right as everyone else to make bad jokes. I never claimed to be a "profesional".
