That's not what happens. Luke kills all life in the universe by harnessing the force to turn all energy and matter into his beard.

👆 my bet is on Luke opening a black hole in Snokes head, killing him and the Planet of Doom.

Lets bet on it.

Nice! I decided against Imax for my first showing because I'm not a fan of 3D but I'll certainly have to check it out on the big screen.

I lucked out and got tickets to a 7PM showing (the earliest available). Even better they are recliner seats, are ordered by reservation and I got seats pretty much directly in the middle. Couldn't hope for better!

I don't know how to do message boards. But I want to say, I bought 200 seats if anyone wants one. But you have to be my padowan and provide all my popcorn, in a jedi bucket, coke in a jedi cup, Princess Leia (use time machine) in my lap, and have 2 million midichlorians injected into my right arm (vein is bigger there). Thanks

Here comes another of Robbie's man things. Damn the Internet. Robbie won't stop meeting men online.

Wipe them out.

All of them.

Honestly if they want Snoke to be the most powerful then Luke will have to die. That's the only way. But who knows if they even want that from Snoke. He may just be around for Ep. 7 to teach Kylo.

Tbf, one could always interpret Luke's power to destroy the Emperor as being exactly what he did: reawakening Vader's compassion. It would be more thematically appropriate with ROTJ and also commensurate with the Emperor's paradigm: it would be just like him to interpret a threat in a militant way as opposed to an emotional one.

I honestly have no clue about Snoke.

That's possibly true, and Filoni states something along those lines.

And of course the Force works in more ways than just 1. For instance even destroying Palpatine in a more militant way could be down to his Piloting skills, rather than his Fencing/TK Ability.

But Lucas specifically mentions in the ESB Audio Commentary that Vader has lost a lot of his potential to surpass Sidious, but Luke still has that, which is why Vader is so interested in him. So I have to believe by Ep.7 Luke will be above Yoda/Sidious level. The fact that they're saving Luke for the film makes me believe even more that he will be seriously hyped in the movie.

Going by the apparent plot of the flick, the "Return of the Jedi" would have been more aptly titled "The End of the Jedi and the Force as a whole."

I guess after the Prequels they decided they wanted to go back to an era with no Jedi around.

I hope they hype and establish him as the most powerful force user that ever existed. Even if that means that Yoda will fall down to the second place.

Well with the exception of the Force Wielders (Canonized by The Clone Wars animation), I'm sure that will be the case.

Kylo and Rey will be on a the same level of power.

Saying there is only one way is silly. Life is grey not black and white. Your hatred of Snoke has already been made apparent.

Why not make them more rare. We already saw Jedi go down to droids and order 66. They need to get their swagger back.

Hatred of a character I know nothing about yet? LMAO

It's the Logical conclusion within the theme of the franchise is all.
