And you've just contradicted yourself with "all the possible options" by saying how it should happen. But no surprises there, given it's you.
There's plenty of ways for Luke to be the most powerful but the good guys still struggle. Heck Sidious didn't fight in Episode 2. So Yoda was the most powerful guy we saw in action, and the villain in that film simply ran from him. Sidious also tried to run from Yoda in Ep.3. Heck You Yourself claim Windu > ALL in Episode 3, and that Episode 3 is the best SW movie. Windu wasn't the villain in that movie dummy!
Luke's hardly going to be in this movie. And even if they fight, and even if they want to make it a challenge for Luke, there's a million ways to do that without making Snoke =/> Luke:
They could fight on a Dark Side Nexus. They could fight on Snoke's personal Nexus. It could be Snoke backed by the Knights of Ren attacking luke together (Ooohh that would be bad ass).
So there's absolutely no need or reason to make Snoke more Powerful than Luke. None at all. And IF they did (for some strange reason), you can be sure they'll have to be a damn good explanation to explain this anomaly. E.g. Snoke has drained the Power of other Force users, or Snoke is an Immortal being e.t.c.
