What? Lost was amazing from beginning to end. One of TV'S all-time best shows. Alias wasn't the best, but it was damn fun escapist entertainment. Same with MI3. As far as Star Wars, the thing is he completely did away with the scientific accuracy (the bread and butter of ST) of Trek to dumb it down for the lowest common denominator. I am optimistic about his directing of SW, but I will acknowledge the possibility that, like Into Darkness, it could end up being a mindless substance-lacking forgettable popcorn flick. We can only hope for the best.
