I don't see Luke and Snoke fighting and Luke winning. I'm guessing they'll never fight to begin with.

Luke might have to put Kylo in his place, but these films are going to be more about the new characters and their stories; giving an OT character (even Luke) the privilege of being the one that kills the new main villain seems out of place.

We know the bad guy will be defeated at the end of the day. But that doesn't take away from the fact Sidious was responsible for the decimation of the Jedi order. He outlived Yoda as well. He defeated Yoda. He outwitted the entire foolish order. The dark side breeds power and ambition.
