I’m pretty sure that’s the point. It seems Kylo is meant to be a more pathetic character who is emulating his betters.
If that is indeed the point, then spot on, Abrams

He will carry out what Vader failed to. Vader failed completely and utterly. He rejected the persona of Vader and went back to his Jedi philosophies for his son.

If Kylo kills a family member unlike Vader I will rub this in your face. Do not doubt the first order.

[/B][/QUOTE] I just reported this for reading something somewhere without posting spoiler tags. I requested a moderator to edit out these comments out . More than just myself has expressed a real problem with posting spoilers so you deserved it. It's been posted enough to stop posting the spoilers outside of the tags.

Destroy him, Quan.

A lot of that going on with the film's imagery.

Destroy him, Quan.

Via the report button, it's quan's only real method of attack.

So, I told myself I wasn't gonna watch it,...but I was not strong enough in the force 😛

Wow. I cannot wait for this movie now. Seeing Han Solo saying "C'mon Baby!" to the Falcon was sheer nostalgia; and the new stuff looks great too. Sigh, still a week to go.

In truth, you aren't as overrated.

I shouldn't have to remind people that spoiler tags are a rule in these forums, especially in high profile movie like Star Wars.

Don't be a dick; Use spoiler tags.

I would use spoiler tags if they were relevant. To my earlier post; it didn't spoil anything. Unless you feel that Han
Spoiler:
talking to the Falcon
is spoiler worthy....than yah...it's not.

^ Not just you. A few people in the last few days have been saying either something that's going to happen in the movie, or revealing evidence concerning the identity of the big villain.

It's like a few days before the movie comes out, so come on guys take it easy for a week. That's why I'm mostly avoiding this thread for now.

Discuss things like what you want and don't want from the movie at this point. But if you want to discuss plot points which aren't known by everyone then please either use PM's or Spoiler tags, so guys like me who hate spoilers don't have to completely avoid the boards and can still take part in some discussions.

Aye fair enough. Spoilers concerning PLOT theories should definitely be tagged.
