So if Thanos beat Doom with the Ig which he did along with a host of other herpes I guess that means Thanos is greater than Doom.

Thanos defied him. The series isn't over. And he had a huge power up. Thanos fans don't brag when Thanos defeated doom along with various other heroes while he lowered his own powers prior to. Thanos is greater than Soom and always will be.

Doom is an iconic villain, Thanos might as well be the flavor of the week compared to him. This is a fact. Not sure what this has to do with Ep7 though.
