He isn't a Jedi. He also admitted the inner struggle with the light but overcame it at that point in time. Vader failed when it was time.

And he was rewarded with a pleasant after life....and he got to be young again, at least in the special additions.

^this.

kylo is playing the sucker. even he kinda knows it.

IMO it's likely that he harbors a similar dream of killing his master and mastering a new apprentice, just like vader.

Not yet. HE's too much of an apprentice.

I do wonder how long he trained with Luke. Anakin was a Jedi Knight after 12 years of training or so.

The path do the darkside is quicker, so give him another 12-14 months

thats why i chose "dream" instead of "plan"

He was just a force ghost. To me he was always a pansy who lacked the spine to be a day sider through and through.

Becoming a Force Ghost means you've mastered the ability to become one with the Force.

Ok.......

That still doesn't address my point at all that he wasn't a true dark sider.

So if Kylo follows Vader's story elements and becomes good in ep8 or 9, he'll then cease to be a "true dark sider" and be a "pansy"?

This is the line of reason you're using to shit on Vader. It's odd.

Absolutely.

Why ? Qui was the first to master this ability that didn't make an unbeatable Jedi or any greater in life.

Didn't help him against Darth Maul, sport.

quan you realize you're just setting yourself up for disappointment, right?

massive spoiler:

Spoiler:
the good guys will win, and kylo will be redeemed

Perhaps. The good guys always win in these films I know that but who knows if he will be redeemed. I'm a Snoke guy though who seems to be a true dark sider. There's a reason I prefer Snoke to Kylo and Palpatine to Vader.

Fair enough.

Who said anything about being "unbeatable".

Interesting line you bring up though, you claimed Plagueis was more powerful than Sidious because of the "can bring back life" mastery, yet said power didn't save Plagueis from Sidious. 😉

That's if Snoke doesn't end up being Plagueis. But Sidious himself died by his apprentice which could make sense why Snoke would try a different philosophy than the Sith.

Hopefully he won't, it would likely shit on the continuity, but clever enough writing might make it work. I stress might.

Snoke seems to be going

Spoiler:
by the "rule of two".

In the first trailers there were multiple Knights of Ren. So I don't think that's necessarily true.

Well, knights of Ren to me suggest a different philosophy than the Sith.

Knights of Ren aren't Sith. Kylo is not a Sith.

I know but Robbie takes a while to grasp things. Maybe he gets it now.
