I know it is but that's always been my favorite. Hands down. I also throughly enjoyed the Darth Maul episodes from the clone wars. I enjoyed the series as a whole but loved the Maul eps.

Yes That is the ONLY Reason those movies are compared. They have literally nothing else in common. One is set a few centuries in the future, the other is set many thousands of years in the past. One is set around humans from Earth, the other has nothing to do with Earthlings.
