I've never cared for the ot's and still won't because guess what I didn't love them. You did. I do love however Star Trek Into Darkness and guess who directed Force Awakens.

Given it's less than 3 months now to the movie. Might be good just to watch it opening night knowing hardly anything about the story.

for reference, RotS trailer #3 was released on 3/11/05 and the film was released on 5/19/05.

Not your math at all. I'm going to the MV Film Festival on 10/12 to watch EpVI and they're supposed to preview the newest Force Awakens trailer before it's released to the general public.

So unless they're lying *****, I'd expect the trailer out to the masses sometime after 10/12
