I felt like the second episode was a lot stronger than the season premiere. And the Barry/Cisco tag team was pretty sweet.
Also, holy crap, I never knew Barry could exert that much force when he stops dicking around. He sent Rival tumbling for hundreds of yards, if not more, with that shoulder charge.

Wait is that f*cking Draco Malfoy?
Yes, yes it was.
Yeah this episode was better than the premiere but from looking at the preview for next week's episode, I find it interesting that Wally in the main timeline doesn't habe powers even though both Jessie and Wally were hit with the second particle accelerator explosion.
Will admit its kind of weird to see Barry outclass another speedster villian off the bat in one episode.

I figured the distance Rival flew also had something to do with the speed he was going at when he got hit.I think Alchemy has something to do with Thawne.
He hit him from the side though. Remember, Barry takes a shortcut (or some kind of alternative path at least), and then nails him while coming from another street, at like a 90 degree angle. And he goes flying in the direction Barry was pointed, not the direction he was. And Barry likely weighs the same as a normal man his size does, so speed/acceleration was the main factor in it. But still, he's never done anything close to that level before.

Yeah, this makes Rival the most pathetic speedster to date lol. Solo, Barry has had his number in both episodes. Rival had to bring a tag team partner to stand a chance. But then I guess this makes sense. Barry is WAY faster than he was when he started, and has tons of experience fighting other speedsters at this point, so it's unlikely that every new speedster to get powers will be his superior, or even on the same level as him to begin with.
