Thor wins, just like he did the first time (which was without flight/lightning, and mostly without Mjolnir). Hulk is outclassed in every way except for strength, which isn't enough here.

You're aware that the power is Thor's, not Mjolnir's.

Besides, complaining that standard gear makes a match unfair is just proof that the Hulk is out of his league.

I never complained. I sincerely believe Hulk would defeat Thor with Mjolnir.

Yea...as long as you handicap him by not allowing him to use lightning. IOW, you're aware that Thor with full access to his abilities is out of the Hulk's league.

As for w/o Mjolnir, Hulk has the strength edge but Thor has the massive skill edge so it'd be a good fight that likely ends in the Hulk's favor.

Considering how Hulk had a hard time hitting Thor, I'd say Thor has a pretty good advantage in speed, at least in terms of reflexes. Thor also has better:

h2h skill
agility
experience
tactics
raw power
variety of attacks

Scorecard is a good way to analyze the result of the fight seeing as the fight came to a halt due to a distraction.

Hulk never KO'd Thor.

Kurse was indestructible. Hulk was not.
