ALOHA FLIGHT
RUMIKO FUJIKAWA
Builds a Hydro Base type research facility off the coast of Hawaii’s Big Island to further her study of eco-science. Part of her deal w. the Governor is to have her more ‘specialized’ staff members act as a defense force for the island chain, giving Hawaii its own super team.
FINALE
Despite having aquaphobia, the extra-dimensional Polynesian warrior is able to breathe & survive underwater. Owes a life debt to Rumiko, so acts as her bodyguard, even when Rumiko spends time in one of her many submersibles overseeing various projects.
MARINEMAN
Head of undersea operations, de facto team leader. The aquatic hybrid would rather just stick to science, but he figures the inconvenience is worth the sweet research gig.
MARVEL BOY
My a-hole version of Superboy. Finds Hawaii one of Earth’s prettiest places, and is sharing Kree science/tech w. Rumiko. Would also like to match up private parts w. her, if he can get past her damn bodyguard.
VARUA
The Young God is chosen as an envoy of several Native Pantheons, to monitor Rumiko’s far reaching efforts and determine if they pose a threat to the islands. She’s authorized to help Rumiko if they dont, and straight up stop her if they do.
SUDDEN DEATH
An ex-con contacted by Rumiko w. an offer to help turn his life around by using his explosive powers to be a key member of her seismic studies branch instead of going back to crime. When not at work he’s on the beach enjoying the sun & surf. Keeps inviting Finale to join him, trying to help her w. her phobia.
SILVER SWORD
Using his connections w. the Governor, the self proclaimed ‘one true hero’ of Hawaii basically forces his way onto Rumiko’s team. He hates that a team repping the Islands has so many damned haoles on it. Straight up worships the ground Varua walks on though, which is kind of creepy.
CHARCOAL & JOLT
Recently returned from the dead, Charcoal is specifically hired by Rumiko to work in her volcanology division. Having just gotten her best friend (boyfriend?) back, Jolt comes along for the ride; where he goes she goes, to keep him safe.
GIGANTO
Because every team needs a big ass monster living just offshore they can summon w. a special signal (like in the old Godzilla cartoon) to help w. the biggest emergencies they might face.
ASGARDIANS OF THE GALAXY
KRYPTONIANS OF THE UNIVERSE
Supergirl is missing.
On a mission to the far side of the universe, she’s simply vanished, w. no contact in months. Unable to go himself, Superman asks Powergirl to go find Kara instead. After she says yes, he provides her w. a ship and other resources. PG then goes on to assemble a search team.

Kandorian childhood friend of Supergirl, Thara Ak-Var comes running when PG tells her Kara is missing.

The search for Supergirl is a career defining story. Jimmy volunteers to chronicle events, and send weekly updates/stories & pics back to earth via subspace comms, to keep Superman updated/for Clark Kent to see printed for him.
NED

The powerful robot is provided by Superman to pilot/maintain the team’s ship and add some extra muscle if needed.
H’EL
(Skurge)
No saint he, H’el’s been blasted to the past and back again, and has a...history w. Supergirl he’d like to revisit. He takes little convincing by PG before agreeing to join the search.
SUPERBOY
(Thunderstrike)
Supergirl’s always been like a big sister to Conner, since the very beginning for him, the Reign of The Supermen. If someone’s messed w. her, they're gonna have to deal w. him.
STREAKY, THE SUPERCAT

The cat was onboard the ship before PG even realized it. Its determined to be there when its Supergirl is found.
MR. MXYZPTLK

Unbeknownst to PG and her team, the 5th dimensional imp has, for reasons of his own, hitched a ride on the search, nestled comfortably inside the chest cavity of ship’s pilot Ned. He’ll reveal himself when the time is right.

MASTER OF THE WORLD
Realizes ruling the planet is not a one man job, so puts together a group of power players to run things and cover all the bases.
BLASTAAR
Is easier to deal w. than a hive minded insect. He now moderates incursions from the Negative Zone and oversees trade; Zone resources for earth slaves, mostly.
ULIK
Known, if not often liked, in all the nine realms. Now provides earth access to the darkest of those realms. Now trolls, elves, frost giants and more, can establish a presence on midgard larger than Asgard ever has.
NIGHTMARE
Speaks to the most depraved denizens in the darkest dimensions. Through Nightmare they now know earth is open as a hunting ground, for a price.
XEMNU
Is known by all star-faring races. He wont be taken lightly when he tells potential invaders the Master can field a mythical/mystical/other dimensional/mutant army in defense of the planet, and fair trade might be easier.
PROTEUS
Brings shock and awe wherever he goes. When the Master deals w. earth’s mutant population, having Proteus at his side shows he’s not to be trifled with.

Came to the Savage Land to study the flora & fauna. Has no problem throwing in w. the Plunders during emergencies, in return for a quiet place to pursue his studies.
VENOM & CARNAGE
(Gloop & Gleep)
The hostless symbiotes, having found their way to the Savage Land, have staked out a hunting ground adjacent to Ka-Zar’s lands. They amuse themselves by preying on other predators. This actually helps the local villagers, who none the less keep well away from the creatures.
THE RHINO
(Tundro)
Not the nicest or smartest, Rhino none the less has a Mongo/Blazing Saddles respect for Ka-Zar, a normal man who’s beaten him fair and square. Hiding out in the Savage Land, Rhino has Ka-Zar’s back in a fight.
IT, THE LIVING COLOSSUS
(Igoo)
The animated golem mostly keeps to itself, though it’s come to the Plunder’s aid several times. The same villagers that fear the symbiotes are in awe of It, nearly to the point of worship

Spartan could be downloaded to different bodies after taking too much damage. Deathlok can have nearly all body parts replaced if compromised.
ROSE WILSON
(Zealot)
Zealot and Rose have nearly identical power sets, physically. Zealot knows a little magic, Rose has precog abilities.
STACY X
(Voodoo)
Voodoo was a stripper, Stacy a prostitute. Stacy brings a host of pheromone based powers to the table.
HITMAN
(Grifter)
Not as good a fighter as Grifter, he’s just as likely to shoot you in the face, though. X-ray vision and low level TP are a plus.
BRUCE BANNER/HULK
(Jeremy Stone/Maul)
Stone gains size and strength at the cost of his impressive intellect. Banner has been known to drop IQ points when he Hulks out.
SILVER SWORD
(Warblade)
Warblade can turn his arms into weapons made of organic steel. SS is covered in alien organic steel and can do the same.
MAGIK
(Void)
Both have huge teleportation powers. Void’s continued use makes her more alien and distant. Magik acquires demonic features and demeanor after large scale power use.
PIP THE TROLL
(Lord Emp)
Both are vertically challenged and known to work angles. Both have fortunes squirreled away and have/can finance their teams.
