Even if we assume that Voldy got a shot off before getting his head punched clean off, AK has never dealt with someone of Superman's level, at all. AK has also been deflected before. Superman is simply too fast for Voldemort to hit even if he got the shot off, and the likelihood of him getting even one out before getting splattered is so infintismal it isn't even worth mentioning.
