Thanos merely cut off the sensory input and faced the heroes. There wasn't any mentioning of putting up a show like Thanos fanboys pretend and Thanos was actually playing by his own rules and he retained unlimited power. What's more that he was actually playing by those rules as noted.

The feat proves that Superman could have moved the Earth on his own (provided he had an apparatus) but with 50% less acceleration.
Surfer didn't have supernova durability when he fought Thanos. You can't use a character's highest showing and say they was operating at that level in any scene you want them to. That's trolling.
Thanos is weaker by a large margin. Thanos can't even lift an Earth weight.
