In the Nolan movies Batman did it through weakness exploitation and a rather unimpressive final fight.
Also who other than Batman has Bane beaten up that could possibly match Batroc. Better yet who has Batman beaten with comparable skills to Batroc. Take this fight for instance:

Ras was able to handle a Prime Batman who had thicker armor. Although Ras is skilled I doubt he would be skilled enough to fight a superhuman.

True. But the point stands. Without the suit as formidable as Batman is, he can't be Batman because it's just as much his training as it is the armor and the gadgets. He couldn't have done 90% of the stuff he did as Batman without his suit, just like Cap couldn't have done anything without the SSS.
Afterall, if he didn't need the suit to be Batman, he wouldn't be wearing it.

Like Cap said to Iron man, who are you without the suit.
Take away the suit what is..Batman, a Billionaire, Playboy Philanthropist who can brawl and fight with the best of them. His fighting skill does not change with the suit, it increases his survival rate 100 fold, just like Iroman, but Bruce can fight without the suit.
I'm more referring to this remark and my response from earlier that his armor is part of who he is.
