Superman is vastly faster than Bill. Let's not pretend he's not. He will most certainly hit Bill far more times than Bill hits him (if at all). Also having basic knowledge of Bill, Superman has the option to knock the hammer away and spite stomp him.

Superman is definitely stronger. This advantage can come into play in a grapple, or in knocking Stormbreaker away.

I wouldn't give any Herald 8/10 over Bills. Especially based off of his showings.
