This is a forum fight. In comics, character's powers are often ignored for the sake of the plot. That's why we have forum rules concerning PIS and Full Capacity. So what happens in comics is irrelevant if a character's powers or their, always on, abilities are ignored.Superman is vastly faster than Bill. Let's not pretend he's not. He will most certainly hit Bill far more times than Bill hits him (if at all). Also having basic knowledge of Bill, Superman has the option to knock the hammer away and spite stomp him.
Full capacity doesn't remove personality.
