Leener moved and reacted faster then 'any machine' could; she appeared to exist simultaneously in multiple places (Not much room for further speed left after this). Also, Leener's actions are associated with hyperspace travelling related occurrence. You do not realize the depth of her performance, you need to read the book that I have referred to OP beforehand.

The accolade is still better then that you provided, however.
Once again:-
It is easier to formulate a web of light with a double-bladed lightsaber then a normal lightsaber (2 blades = double the coverage of single blade). In addition, Leener not just formulated a web of light with a single blade but rather a cocoon of light (covered herself from every possible angle with her swinging effort, obviously superior speed then Maul achieved with his double-bladed lightsaber).
Clear now?

Its circuitous innards exposed, the combat vibroblade rested on a low table, alongside a small tool kit. Electrodriver in hand, Maul was working feverishly on the knife’s ultrasonic vibration generator, intent on overriding the built-in arrestor to supply the blade with greater slashing power. If he wasn’t permitted to use the Force, then he would use everything short of it to satisfy the rage inside him; to gut every living thing he encountered during the coming Gora solo. Bathe in the blood he would shed, feast on warm flesh... Merely imagining it set his fingers trembling, and abruptly the tool slipped from its tenuous hold in the socket and stabbed deeply into the palm of his opposite hand, opening a small wound and bursting the dam of his pent-up emotion. Maul’s clenched right hand slammed down on the table, shattering its surface, and the vibroblade took flight, nearly impaling itself in his head. Straightening, he bared his filed teeth and tensed his body, close to loosing a scream that would have brought the barracks down around him.
Instead, he inhaled deeply, and lowered himself into a chair, hoping to get control of himself.
--Taken from Restraint
Also, Maul didn't exactly destroy a barrack, it is implied that he could unleash a Force Scream of such a magnitude that could do so. Force Screams are uncontrollable powerful emissions of Force energy from individuals strong in the Force that can crumble structures.

Why don't we do Malgus vs Maul as it is obvious that maul wins this one.

Aryn can move so fast a human cannot see her? Maul has moved faster that a droid trained in combat can even perceive his movements, and can complete 5 slashes in an eye flicker.
Maul>Aryn in speed.
Post those feats. Plus they're not more impressive that Aryn's feats anyway. Also, when it comes to this feat:
"When he was satisfied that he had committed the results of his reconnaissance to memory, he shrugged out of his cloak and leapt straight up over the fence, landing precisely where some of the rocks he had tossed rested. Then he sprang to a series of other sites that ultimately carried him to the wall of the principal building, moving with such speed the entire time that whatever holorecordings were being made wouldn't show him unless they were played in slow motion."
Don't forget that it was at night, the moon was low, Maul wears black and has red and black skin. He would be barely visible at walking speed.

Maul=>Aryn in telekinesis.
Maul didn't collapse anything, so your point is meaningless.

Maul>>Aryn in strength.
Malgus kicked someone hard enough to fling him across a room, into a column and 'split it as would lightning a tree.' Leneer blocked Malgus' falling two-handed smash and tossed a fully armored Malgus 20 meters with one hand, she can keep up with Maul.

I disagree. Aryn, as far as I am concerned, is not even a confirmed master of any form!
Maul>Aryn in sabers.
Aryn is a superior duelist than Ven Zallow, who was running through multiple Sith Warriors in the Sack and was equal to Malgus, who's indisputably a master swordsman. As I've mentioned before, Malgus was already one of the greatest warriors in the Empire 30 years before this point. Aryns skill is at least enough that Maul has no significant advantage.

You don't seem to understand about the droid. The droid with Maul is stated to have been able to throw blows "imperceptibly fast", yet Maul can move so fast the droid can't even see Maul.
To her, it felt as if the universe around her had stilled. She smiled, seeing the moments that hung before her, each millisecond a long moment in which she could think, in which she could act.
This makes no sense. My point flew over you head, it seems.Once again:-

One, Maul has actually completed the same exact feat you guys are all talking about with Leneer and that she can move faster then the human eye:
“You— you don’t understand ,” he said. “You can’t be here. He thinks you’re dead.” Zero started to stand up, and Maul’s hand moved faster than the eye could see, grabbing Zero’s fork and slamming it down so that it impaled the Twi’lek’s sleeve, pinning his arm to the table.
Maul: Lockdown
He moves faster then 60mph to doge this freight train:
"He landed lightly. The entire tunnel was shaking as with the roar of some titanic beast. Maul looked up to see a driverless freight transport bearing down on him at better than one hundred kilometers an hour. Anyone else, even a trained athlete raised in a heavier gravity field, would have been crushed to paste. But Maul seized the Force, let it whip him up and to the side as if he were attached to a giant elastic band. The metal behemoth missed him by millimeters."
Darth Maul Shadow Hunter
Maul performs a feat similar to the cocoon of light:
"But they did not prevent her from deflecting his strikes as he again moved within range, his twin blades spinning s o fast they seemed to merge into a crimson shield."
Now this bad buy is extremely impressive:
"In his mind, the duel was all but over— his opponent was now dragging out the inevitable moment of defeat in a series of small humiliations. By turning to such diversionary tactics, Vosa had all but admitted that she was no match for the erratic staccato blows that he was delivering, seemingly from everywhere, all at once."
Darth Maul Shadow Hunter
He can kill four or five beings in a flicker of an eyelash.
"The Raiders shake their gaderffii and begin to surround me. There are just too many of them. I can take out four or five in the flicker of an eyelash, but that will just infuriate the rest. Frustration boils inside me. These interruptions deflect me from my mission."

No he doesn't. He uses the Force to rubberband himself out of the way. And he covered a lot less of a distance than the transport does.

I know it is. That's why I don't put any stock in those kinds of descriptions and tend to never bring them up in arguments.
No he wouldn't. All Maul had to do was move out of the way. You don't have to move 60 mph to jump out of the way of a car going 60 mph, since you're moving a hell of a lot less distance than the car is.

I have read the book.
I know what you are referring to.
It's still not as impressive.
If a an act of motion under favorable circumstances from Maul (properly tracked by cameras) is superior then an act of motion by Leener which transcends time itself (impossible to track and match by any machine) in your opinion, then I am wasting my time here.
By the way, Leener nearly approached speed of light (at this speed, surroundings/time seem to halt just like Leener felt during her motion).

I already know that Maul can move very fast but nothing implies that he can match the speed of Leener. You have presented examples but they just contribute to vagueness instead of resolving the issue.

I thought you were referring to something else because this is not even a speed feat, seems like meditation instead.

I often move at fast speeds but people manage to cross whole roads in front of me, provided they are at safer distance. So those people (while moving fast) are moving as fast as my car? No.

Still, not on par with Leener's feat; she appeared to exist in multiple places simultaneously to her companion (her whole body to this effect). Nearly speed of light.

1/1000 of a second.

However, Malgus is much superior Sith Lord in comparison.

You can't compare Sidious to anyone. His actions are beyond the norm of the higher tiers.
I pointed out a logical fallacy in one of your arguments.
Just because we don't see Leener and Malgus performing certain actions that Maul have, doesn't means that both cannot. Both are powerful Force-users and evidently more talented in the ways of the Force then Maul.

From the link that caught my eye:
"Since proper time comes to an almost complete stop as an object nears the speed of light"
Now compare this to what Leener experienced:-
Aryn did not bother to respond. She dwelled in the Force, floated in and on the warm network of lines that connected all things, one to another. Her consciousness expanded to see and feel everything near her. She focused on her perception of the passage of time, first on how it felt as she moved through it, then on spreading it, stretching it, until she could linger in a millisecond as if it were a moment, then a minute. To Zeerid it would appear that she were a blur of motion, existing simultaneously in multiple places. To her, it felt as if the universe around her had stilled. She smiled, seeing the moments that hung before her, each millisecond a long moment in which she could think, in which she could act. The effort taxed her, and she knew she could not maintain it for long.
“Watch the scanner,” Zeerid said, his words a lifetime in the utterance.
She did not watch the scanner. Her body could respond faster than any machine.
Leener performed this action while ships were in the process of jumping to hyperspace but everything felt motionless to her.
By the way, Leener nearly approached speed of light (at this speed, surroundings/time seem to halt just like Leener felt during her motion).
What this implies is that that droid is very fast. But exactly how fast?
Do you drive?
The structure he was within, possibly. But this didn't happen as some mentioned previously.
To Zeerid it would appear that she were a blur of motion, existing simultaneously in multiple places
Maul has already done this:
"In his mind, the duel was all but over— his opponent was now dragging out the inevitable moment of defeat in a series of small humiliations. By turning to such diversionary tactics, Vosa had all but admitted that she was no match for the erratic staccato blows that he was delivering, seemingly from everywhere, all at once."
Darth Maul Shadow Hunter

Like I said, Maul has moved in such speeds time has slowed as well:
"The dark side blossomed in Darth Maul, the power of it resonating in him like black lightning, augmenting his years of training, guiding his reactions. Time seemed to slow, to stretch."
Darth Maul Shadow Hunter
The effort taxed her, and she knew she could not maintain it for long.
Her body could respond faster than any machine.
