The relationship between Clark and Lois has always been a little weird in all films and showings. It took years for them to make the right fit even in the show smallville, even then it never felt as good as Clark and Lana.

🤨

Smallville did one thing right and it was Clark/Lois romance. Clark/Lana was more like an unhealthy pining from Clark.

MOS was great IMO it was better than every single Marvel movie made (except Avengers, that shit was awesome). Half the people who criticize haven't even watched it.

Lois shouldn't have been in Smallville in the first place, dammit.

IMO it sucked dick. And yah, I saw it.

I understand why some people like it though. My gf loved it, although that could be because Henry Cavill had so much shirtless time.

Even in MoS she was in smallville

To me MOS wasn't a great superman movie, but it was a great standalone alien invasion movie. Like I stated in my original review of the film, if you like Superman for his character, you won't like the film but if you like him for his powers, the film is an arguably peerless spectacle.

Even though it was a superman movie, they didn't have superman be superman. Are you Confused yet?

It was awful unless you love mindless, repetitive action.

LOL at Mindless repetitive action.

It was since it was the same general thing over and over again.

What makes you say that Quan Chi? I actually liked the MOS movie. It wasn't the best but it was a good movie.

Christopher Reeve though

Repetitive, lackluster villain, lame final encounter, and no chemistry at all between Superman and Lois.

What makes it repetitive? Zod was more of an anti-hero. He was doing what he thought was right but just had the wrong ways of doing it. The final encounter was actually pretty good. Yeah there wasn't much chemistry between Clark and Lois.

TBF who was going in this to see the Clark/Lois romance? I just wanted flying brick action, and they more than delivered.

Also, how is Kal and Zod going into orbit and tossing satellites at each other "lame"?

He admitted his hatred for superman, he is being bias of a good movie.

The Romance between Clark and Louis was never right even in the first films. The best romance between them happened in Smallville series. The rest is just a manufactured 2-3 hour relationship. Smallville it took -5-6 years to get it down.

the show, not the location. Though the location too, I suppose.

I enjoyed the hell out of MOS. There are problems, but they aren't what Quan mentioned.

I agree, Quan was all wrong. It wasn't the best but it was good.

In terms of action, MOS has probably the best I have seen in any film to date, including Pacific Rim and Godzilla. It was a spectacle to see in theaters, and I disliked the reviews ignorantly criticizing the damage that Supes did all the time in the DCAU.

But Quan isn't even criticizing that. He is essentially nitpicking and trying to make his opinion objective fact. How was Zod a bad villain when he was probably the most well rounded character in the film? And how was it repetitive? Quan is no Ebert when it comes to film analysis.
