I'm undecided on the whole saber chopping limbs off. In theory they should, but god knows how durable/tough Hulk's skin really is. So we haven't seen Hulk tank lightsabers(lol how can we?) but we have seen him withstand continuous laser fire from dozens upon dozens of chitauri ships. Lightsabers on the other hand have been shown to need time and concentrated pressure to get past blast doors. So hmm...Imma go with Hulk tanking a few hits at the very least.
