I think it depends which Hulk we're talking about here. If we're talking about the current one, then I guess it depends on whether or not Hulk is mad at skywalker. The current Huk which is controlled by Banner has control over his ability to change. This proves he has a strong mind. Anytime Luke would try and tame the beast...,he would be trying to tame Banner as well. Banner, is by no means a weak mind. If this were the case then, Jedi probably dies

Anakin stands in front of a leviathan and tries to force push, Jedi mind trick he gets railed. If he stands there with his lightsaber he gets railed the same way. Hulk stopped the leviathan in one punch. Anankin tries to do the same thing against the hulk, he goes down.

Hmm, just realized that the OP does not state which version of Skywalker. Interesting......
