Quanchi's idiocy aside, the closes thing we get to a healing factor is:

2008: The hole in Hulk's chest Abomination made stops bleeding after the fight.

2012: The small amount of blood on Hulk's nose after the Chitauri assault is gone in the next scene.

Ang Lee Hulk, that showed us a proper HF.

LoL. I know the instance Quanchi is talking about. Its more like a failed special effect blooper than anything else. Its when Vader and Luke are fighting on the bridge when Vader got pissed and chopped off Luke's hand. However its either a blooper, or a really, really low showing. Problem with Quan is he doesn't give a **** and will use it to lowball the crap out of lightsabers. Its how he operates.
