Emma and Telepaths can influence anyone in the marvel universe that is not resistant to a telepath.

Find me some proof that he does not have a brain, that he resistant to a Telepath. Then I'll concede to that, but you won't because his power set is not resistant to Telepathy and he does have a brain or consciousness.

Neither electro or sandman are doing anything to juggernaut who took wolverine's claws without a scratch. Sandman has only showed this in the comics and since the human body is mostly water if he tried entering he kill himself.

Pretty sure Sandman has enough mass that he doesn't need to fit his entire 50 ft body into a 6 foot guy. And even if his sand grains became inert upon entering juggernaut, he can still fill up juggernaut with enough sand until he suffocates. He'll just pull a Joffrey Baratheon and "give Juggernaut his fill"
