You have not proven anything, he gets dropped in the river and he dies. He has a brain because he knew to run from the cops. If he had no brain he would have no clue how to speak. Going intangible does not make you automatically not have a brain. This is the weakest argument I've ever heard.

either way I'd think the metal would just well, do nothing except restrain her just she doesn't appear to have any significant super strength. That is if her skin really is diamond.

I assume this is First Class Emma? When has she ever shown feats of completely controlling hostile enemies? All she could do to Magneto on the boat was give him a headache and that still didn't stop him from throwing a knife at Shaw. Sandman can fill Juggy's lungs, end of story. Azazel is the biggest problem for team 1's fleshier members.
It won't be easy, but I believe team 1 pulls out a win.
