1. Achilles' uber-durability is a myth. Cap is naturally more durable.
2. Cap is arguably faster. Definitely stronger, and is not a noob to combat of any kind. In addition to basic army H2H training, he no-sold the Winter Soldier's melee assault and took on a dozen plus trained soldiers in an elevator. See the videos posted above by Mr. Lestov.
3. Cap has great hand-eye coordination. This isn't given enough credit really. The guy can billiard-style bounce his shield off of anything in the middle of combat to incap everything from enemies to V-TOLs. He is not going to just be some stupid mook from the Age of Antiquity, with basic knowledge of only using a stabbing short sword to kill his enemy or the sling he brought from home. He's fought powerful opponents without the benefit of a sword. With it, his advantage actually increases, because his natural coordination, skill, and strength are far greater than anyone Achilles has ever fought.
4. See above. Achilles can die. Cap jumps out of planes and hits water without a parachute, or takes face punches from the Winter Soldier without losing his nose (the same arm that can tear off car doors or push a knife through a bus/van).

He tried numerous times to KO Batroc, the dude kept getting back up. Would Achilles not, considering when Achilles is in full focus and not being distracted by a girl and shot in the back, nothing can hurt him.
