You must have been the odd one out when Doom first came out in the 90's.
So Nintendo crushed E3. I'm betting Wii U sales continue to rise like they have been since the release of MK8, given how many system selling games they have now and are continueing to produce compared to their competition.
I think Nintendo will be doing just fine pretty soon. Also I'm hype as **** for Hyrule Warriors and Splatoon.

A matter of perspective I guess, reviving a old game just to give it another spin on the harddrive, when the market is already covered with that type of game is just imo not required.
Considering my age not really, when I began playing pc, Doom was already old school, the majority of players had moved on to Duke Nukem 3d. Doom as a game has in no way shaped my early gameplay experience hence I have no relations to it, and thus can't see all the fuss about it. Commander Keen though...

It's the same shit they did with the Wii. They make good games only in the beginning. It's got a few quality games here and there, but it's library of games is nowhere near as good as the 360 & PS3.
Sony showcased PS TV to rival Live TV. That is all.
Considering Sony's track record with releasing games, it's a no-brainer. PS4 will eventually have the upper hand in this generation, just like the PS1/2/3 before it.

Zelda is a bit better, but unless we got more than that cinematic trailer I saw I don't see what the big deal is.
Because if we want to judge solely by cinematic trailers, it's safe to assume that Bloodborne is going to be better than the new Zelda, just like the last two (Maybe even three) Souls games were better than anything Zelda-related that was released since then.

My only beef is with their consoles.
They should leave it to Sony and Microsoft; the Wii U is just not good enough against the PS4 and Xbone.
