They can superhumanly jump but not at super speed. They have superhuman skill with the lightsaber which I have always acknowledged. But every single time they throw down they are in the same tier of speed as Pre, Jango, etc.

If you can jump several kilometers, you can run several kilometers in that time, leaping and running are very closely correlated due to leg muscles and whatnot
