No Short Stuff that isn't how it works. Skill with a saber would be the movement of getting it into position to block, there is beyond human speed to even move it into position to block. So if you have hand movements fast enough to block multiple close range laser blasts than your hand speed is simply that fast. Again, above peak human. However, that is just the movement of blocking a blast.. that isn't perceiving the blast. To perceive the blast has nothing to do with their skill with a saber and EVERYTING to do with being able to perceive a faster than super sonic blast. That is beyond human perception just to be able to see a blast at that range, let alone have fast enough hand movements and skill to block them. Make some sense smuch face.
