You and I take scene timings differently. I take it from the moment he lifted his arm which was pretty instant. You take in other factors that really haven't taken preselected over these battle at least not all. For instance when Dooku used a force push on Anakin on tatooine he just used it and it hit instantly. He was pretty much already concentrating. You take concentration way out of proportion.

We look at how long the force push took to it and we loo, at when he let it out to how long it,took form the moment it left his hand to moment it hit the person.

Windu has been shown to be powerful and skilled. However he is on the level of Dooku in his natural state. Whe he is amped then he has reached a temporary place with Sidious and yoda. Windu is defintly below yoda who is on par with Sidious so no windu is not on the level of Sidious and yoda in his natural form. Where does he say that. In the commentary?
