False. Look at where there sabers are. If Sidious struck he wouldn't have had any time to do anything as Palptine is much faster than windu. Windu without vaapad is on his level. The amp had an incredible increase on his speed amiing it to where he could match Palptine becoming a stalemate for him. It's called throwing the fight and we also see he didn't even try to,kill,him with that when he had time to.

First off what shows her superiority in the first place and what shows her being weakened. Second Dooku was making up for the Talzins amp being on Dathomir which is a nexus. Search it up. So with that it all balanced out.
