If I want to take that same lever from a persons hand I'm facing human resistance. Both are resisting me, just in a different way. However that doesn't change the fact that Sidious did face resistance(although different) and overcame it in seconds. Khan hasn't demonstrated any sort of resistance to TK in any sort of away. He disarmed him of it. Why use TK when he's already shooting lightning. He does prefer it more than TK.

If a weaker character or character of equal skill can do it then that same character can also do it(under the circumstances they are on the same side of the force or one practices both sides). For instance qui Gon and Obi used force speed, so that logically means anyone above them can use it as it is an ability known to be used by all force weilders, and just because they aren't seen using it doesn't mean they can't. Mace's feat of pushing a republic tanker off a cliff, based on common sense Dooku being on his level Ludo be able to do that exact same thing, and Yoda and Sidious being way more powerful could push it off with less effort or even pick it up.

I'm willing to agree that it's possible that Anakin didn't have his sheild up during his first fight with Dooku, you also have to consider that Dooku during this time is more powerful so he would be able to break through his force sheild, however that's not the issue.
