I had a chance to re-watch Into Darkness.Khan has some amazing strength feats.
He kicked a dude 10-15 meters. What was amazing about this is he kicked the person up, not just far. That's similar to what Ozymandias did to Rorschach and Night Owl.
Also, he picked up Spock and threw him with one arm when Spock was trying to climb aboard that transport ship. He reached down to foot level and threw him like a rag-doll. Based on what I have sen of Captain America, that's every bit as good as any strength feat Captain has.
Also, Spock...Holy Shit. Spock has some amazing feats, too. Sure, he may not be as good as Khan but he's not that much worse than Khan.
He punched through a mini-sub's window,
He threw a man while getting out of the water something like 10-15 feet in the air. So he either did it while treading water, or he did it while climbing the ladder and throwing the guy with one arm.
He lifted that giant metal bar off of Winter Soldier.
I'm not saying Khan isn't strong I still don't think he as strong as Cap

Punching through reinforced submarine glass while underwater, jumping out of a plane without a chute, taking a Chitauri laser blast, lifting a motorcycle with 3 people on it. as for skill check out his fights with Winter Solider and Batroc.
No amount of your bias is going to change the fact that those are better than Khan's feats.
