I disagree. I believe Khan's feats are superior. The distance he kicks and tosses men while in combat is too much coupled with his regenerative qualities.

He jumped out of a plane around cloud level and fell into the water. That shows absurd durability.

And that 1 blast was from a gun that was tearing up chunks of the street and blowing up cars. He took one from a few feet away, and got right back up. That's more impressive than tanking stun phasers.

TBG, I skydive regularly, we all know that hitting the water without a chute is just a deadly as hitting dry land. Its like hitting concrete. Your legs will buckle and your spine will snap upon touching it.

Nothing you posted for Khan even matches these Cap feats.

It's not, actually. The Mythbusters tested this from many different heights (rather, elevations) and busted that myth.

To put it more succinctly, direct, and to the point: falling into water is not as rigid/solid as falling onto concrete.

To use the physics terms: the object that is falling will undergo less negative acceleration when falling into water than on concrete. This means that an accelerometer, if placed in such on object, would report a higher G rating for impacts on concrete than on water (which is what the Mythbusters did).

I believe the Mythbusters' accelerometer topped out at 138Gs when the dummy was dropped on water (it didn't seem to get any higher the further they went up).

Anything over 100Gs is fatal.

So, yeah, if your buddy fell from far enough onto water, he would definitely die. 😐

You didn't specify, but those are clips showing Cap falling further than 98 feet on three separate occasions and being fine each time.
