Pretty much yes to both post above, but Hulk fanboys think everything is about physical strength and nothing else matters

Though I don't think Thor is far behind Hulk in physical strength either. He did catch Hulk's hammer-punch and then powered against it in Avengers and this was a fully butt-mad Hulk due to the staff/gem's influence.

With regards to Scarlet Witch, her powers are apparently getting expanded upon/more fleshed out in Civil War. Maybe we might even see her doing some things more in line with her comic counterpart. Who knows? That would certainly amp up her threat level.
