Yeah, where he's willing, but something happens to change his mind. There is that scene in the previews which looks like a kill-team is sent after Bucky. That and BP obviously wanting to get at Bucky's dick. Guessing Bucky as the Winter Soldier at some point killed someone that T'Challa cared about.

Honestly can't see Rhodes dying as they've hinted at it in the previews and that's likely a misdirection.
Unless they're ****ing with us and using truth, knowing we'd think otherwise.
