Speaking of diet, Americans think bacon and cheese is healthy and bread isn't cos carbs.IMO that is retarded.
Bacon, cheese, and bread can all 3 be part of a healthy diet. 😐

Cheese:

Because of my knowledge of diet and exercise, this is why I look good naked. I don't fall for the common misunderstandings like "cheese is bad for you" and the like. 😐

Watch the trans fat intake on that one. I'm thinking of something with eggs as well.
There are no trans fats in bacon, cheese, or eggs.
You probably meant saturated fat?
In which case, athletes should limit their saturated fat grams to something like 25 a day. I'd have to look it up but I think "regular people" should limit that saturated fat to around 15 grams a day.
Edit - Yup:
11-16.

D-d-did I say that?Edit - And, depending on your diet, yes, bacon can be a healthier choice than chicken. 😐
Since you posted that website, you did say that as it's in your post.
chicken and turkey are the leanest meats, particularly the breast, this can be seen and felt and tasted. Bacon, the fat is imminent, same with cheese.

I really don't want to have this be a debate thread about food, please and thank you.
This is a love affair btw me and DDM.

You do know that you need saturated fat (and fats, in general) in your diet, right?
You do know that eating only lean meats all the time can kill you, right?

Second of all, yes to some degree, omega 3s etc.
Again, you're a spaz.
Also, the ketogentic crap is just as stupid as you are. OMG carbs are bad for you, you don't need that energy, eat some bacon cheese burgers....but remember to cut out the buns!
Starving yourself from quick burning energy makes you lethargic and that keto shit creates muscle depletion cos proteins are used as energy instead. It's crux is that it takes more energy to break down fat into energy, so more energy is burnt! That is not being healthy, that's starving yourself of energy, which can actually help you gain weight!

Why are you insulting me? There's no way I'm a spaz. You're the one pretending other posters said stuff and then raging at that supposed stuff. That's crazy people stuff.
Are you high or something?

Where are you getting the "ketogenic is just as stupid" stuff from?
No one in this thread has advocated a ketogenic diet. In fact, prolonged ketogenic diets can and will cause diverticulitis (something you do not want).
Are you aware of what a "Strawman argument" is?

Ahh yes. My favorite body types. Lean, muscular, but not bulky. I like athletic women.
Originally posted by dadudemonIf you post a link, then that's basically quoting that website. You're so fucking wrong, it makes my head hurt.
"Proteins are used as energy instead."
I am dying right now. Hahaha. Keto is viable (even whilst avoiding the diverticulitis long term by balancing fibre intake and increasing fat consumption. Gotta watch that fat/protein ratio) and, aside from that, high fat/low carb diets, such as paleo and just general low-card diets, are wholly viable and totally healthy.
You sound like a robot that pumps out all of the common, utterly mainstream health info you've been fed for years without bothering to wholly research alternatives or whether or not they could even be better than what you've been spoon fed (lolz) your whole life.
Extra lolz for the "lean meat has less fat so there" bullshit. Fat is GOOD for you, even saturated fats. (Just watch the cross-dressing fats.)
(DDM and I have disagreed countless times in the past and, besides the diverticulitis statement, he's right and you're wrong.)

That's not how it works. I can quote the Satanic Bible to show how Satanists support some of their beliefs but it does not mean that I wrote the words from the Satanic Bible, itself.
This is why I think you're high or something. Drunk?
Normally, you're more coherent.

Yes, I'm aware that it said "ketogenics" on it. What does that have to do with, at all, the article that directly addresses some of the crazy outcomes of certain ketogenic diets?
It's like this: I post an article to a site the criticizes US Republicans. The site is called "US Republicans." Somehow, now I'm supporting US Republicans.
Does that even make sense to you, man?
