One step at a time, Z. (I call you Z now because you're missing the chromosomes in your username. Max lulz.)
Also conspiracy doesn't mean it can't be proven. I don't know where you got that from, but here's a helpful link: http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/conspiracy

No joke. He doesn't get it. He's actually just saying, "High carb diets are awesome. Insert appeal to authority here."
I genuinely think he just does not know better. If he's personally ignorant about nutrition, which he is, that's fine. My issue is when you're spreading your inaccurate crap around to others. That's a bad fucking thing to do because it doesn't just showcase stupidity but does an excellent job of showcasing recklessness and carelessness.

Funny story that because it's low sugar that creates depression as sugar improves seretonin levels.Plus, blaming my mental state on sugar is a poor poor case against sugar diets. (I'm what they call a "special case"😉
inb4 lol special lol nutcase
A high carb diet is recommended for good mental and physical health. True story.

Ah, much more refreshing than "some pros sed so, lulz!!11"
Just saying that ketosis adds strain on your liver and kidneys. Should ask one of those non-professionals what they think about that.
Also, people do this to lose weight, they lose muscle mass, glycogen, and water weight, as well as cell growth, bone structure, brain matter, cartilidge, and everything BUT the fat. That's why you see a lot of these ..... twats with bone like bodies, which are squishy and have pot bellies. That is the kind of starvation of energy body type. Then ketoers switch to an all protein diet in order to burn off the fat, but really the body just burns off the protein putting stress on your immune system and other risks.
If you wanna lose weight, (which most people on this diet do) then of course cut out refined carbohydrates, but try to eat complex ones as they're slow burning energy, ie it isnt absorbed into the fat before you burn it off. Cut out most dairy like cheese, cream and butter, cut out any processed snacks, cut out the high fat meats such as bacon or try back bacon, (idk canadian bacon?), definetly cut out sausages and bread, if you have to, and try fruit and veg. This is what health professionals recommend.

Nope, more crap. Keto can actually help with liver disease and reverse types of kidney failure. Also, non-professionals? There are organizations and outfits solely dedicated to the specific study of ketosis/ketones within nutrition and scientists. You keep on shouting out "professionals" without realizing that there are "professionals" involved in the study and research of keto within nutrition. Why are purposely doing that and strengthening your confirmation bias? Why are you obsessing over the word "professional?" Why don't you stop?

Yeah, but I provided evidence for my claims and you've offered nothing but unsubstantiated talk. Why do you keep on shouting about what health professionals recommend, like it's proof? Please stop appealing to authority. It's not an argument, it's fallacious crap.
No, don't cut out any of those. If you want to lose weight, eat heavy cream, bacon, cheese, and plenty of saturated fat.
Brain matter? This is a diet that has been used, historically, to treat epilepsy and specific brain disorders, like migraines. There is only evidence to suggest it helps the brain.
Muscle mass? No, people often lose muscle mass while specifically dieting/losing weight because that's what comes with losing weight. This isn't a problem exclusively related to keto.
Glycogen? Nah, Z. Your body uses that shit as a secondary energy source. When you're on ketosis and burning fat for energy, you don't lose glycogen but you're body produces less simply because you do not need it any longer. Sure, your body needs it but this can be accommodated for by consuming proteins (It's called gluconeogenesis).
Cell growth, cartlidge, and the other things you mentioned are also not negatively impacted on a ketogenic diet. You can view this in some of the research I posted that you read none of.
Also, what? All protein diet? No, this isn't what keto is. You're consuming mostly fat, accompanied by protein. You don't "retain" fat and lose the other properties you mentioned. Low-fat diets increase triglycerides and carbs INCREASE triglyceride molecules, which actually retains fat instead of shedding it. When you consume fat during ketosis, you body is utilizing these types of lipids more efficiently, as opposed to "storage."

You've reiterated the same vague trash since your first post. I've provided solid arguments, evidence, and logical perspectives. If you cannot contend, you need to consider walking away but not before you use this experience as a means to educate yourself about nutrition and diet. Honestly.

It's a fad.
I'm appealing to authority because I trust 100s of years of research.
