Yeah, I'm not huge on the specifics. They explained it to me but it was crazy early and I wasn't giving 100% of my attention. lol The ratings seemed accurate when compared with our peers though. The extremely fit guys did have lower numbers. Notice I didn't say skinny, but fit. The skinny guys who didn't work out much also saw higher numbers in body fat percentage

IMO, the most disgusting body type on both men and women (other than extreme obesity) is "skinny fat."

But you said you didn't like your numbers? What are you doing to improve your numbers? Are you really that bad? You're Air Force, right (I apologize if this is wrong and you're offended...I know some people would take offense to being thought of as an Air Force enlisted...or vice versa)? Don't you have to be in decent shape in the Air Force? I've never seen a fat Air Force person. I have from the Army. But not Air Force.

I'm not as fit as I would like. The fitness standards really aren't difficult. 13:36 run time, 67 max push-ups in one minute and 58 sit-ups in one minute. Normal people who work out regularly could do it relatively easily.

I've always thought that (that anyone who regularly worked out can do really well on those tests). I reviewed the Marine's fitness requirements (because all of my god-brothers are Marines...weird, I know) and I could almost max out in all 3 areas, as is, and I don't train specifically for that.

The only one that would give me trouble might be the pull-ups. I did 18, my last workout, on my third set (I did as many as I could).

Had a protein shake and a Blueberry Vanilla and Cashew Kind Bar.

And some water.

Bought some Big Mac sauce at a local McD's and made some homemade Big Macs for breakfast earlier today.

Substituted the beef with pork tenderloin patties (cooked rare), Iceberg lettuce with Romain, American cheese with Mozarella, pickles with fresh cucumber slices, the dehydrated onions with caramelized ones, and whole wheat buns instead of sesame seed buns.

For dinner, I made a pizza margherita.
Pizza bread (from the local bakery), pizza sauce (made with fresh tomatoes and Trader Giotto's pizza sauce), freshly chopped basil leaves, freshly sliced tomatoes, some olive oil, and lots of mozarella cheese.
Added mozarella in the crusts as well. Mmmmm...

just made Polka Kielbasa, wrapped it in bacon, melted cheddar cheese on it, and put it on a bun. Gutbuster, bytches 🙂

Sounds good. 👆

This.....this is magical.

My life is better now that I have seen this video.

I lost it when the asian chick on Captain Planet said, "Mahatma Gandhi."

I made Chinese-style beef steak (thinly sliced Angus beef, bittergourd, onions, garlic, and chayote, marinated in oyster sauce) and Mushroom & Tomato soup (Cup A Soup cream of mushroom mixed with diced fresh tomatoes and Hunt's tomato ketchup).

That sounds delicious. 🙁

I am going to have a protein shake and a fruit-grain bar for my breakfast.

Do you honestly enjoy this food or do you do this solely for results?
To me, the diet is the hardest part to commit tobecause I love good food, and by good, I mean as greasy, cheesey, and salty as possible. lol.

Props for being able to stick with it though.

When I'm not dieting, I eat perfectly clean except 1 cheat meal a week.

When I'm not dieting, I eat clean meals the whole day except 1 or 2.

For me, it is easy to eat cleanly because I don't have time to order pizzas or things like that. I have to prepare my meals ahead, the previous day (or many days).

I brought with me to work this week, the following items:

5 avocadoes (thanks for the tip, Renegade)
5 Sweet Potatoes
8 single serve tuna pouches
5 Fruit and Nut bars
3 bags of beef jerky
2 gallons of water
4 quarts (a gallon) of Half and Half*

*I already had 2 jugs of protein powder at work but the half and half is to mix with my protein. Half and Half doesn't have as many calories as milk (per unit volume) and it has far less carbs in it. I don't need tons of sugar carbs in my diet, so any way to cut back on sugar in my diet is a great way, imo. Protein powders taste great when mixed with half and half (don't get super thick half and half...look for thin half and half).

If you can commit to preparing your meals and food in advance, it is much easier to stick with your diet.

Can't imagine how hard DDM's life could be.

If I had that kind of diet, I'd rather die or kill myself.

Bought some food at a Jollibee drive-thru.
Cheesy Bacon Mushroom Yum Burger meal -- disgustingly greasy burger with a patty full of pork fat, slathered with cheese-like substance and canned/dehydrated mushrooms and beef jerky things.

Since I get plenty of free time to myself, I have most of the things I want and everything I need...

Pretty dang easy life.

But for 9.5 to 10 hours out of my day, I'm either driving or at work. It can be difficult to eat healthily unless you prepare to eat healthily.
