Which period of the galactic history is the golden era for the Sith?

Here's an unlikely one: Sith Triumvirate.

They've been the most successful in wiping out Jedi but they suck at every other category. Their armies are pitiful. Their "apprentices" are awful. Their conquests are nonexistent.

None of the three Sith were able to revel in their "era" either. Where the Dark Council gets to enjoy lavish estates with hundreds of slaves or where Sidious was balling for decades in the upper echelon of Coruscant.

Kreia got betrayed and lived the rest of her life pissed off. Sion is in eternal pain waiting to die. And Nihilius has an insatiable hunger that is plaguing him. Pretty shitty golden age.

Yea, only around for a few short years, infighting among the leadership, only really 3 Sith of power... two of them more for unique abilities than general skill.

Hm, maybe that's why Traya waxes on so much about the ancient Sith.... Revan and Malak were building a wider sith order and training apprentices (as much as we make fun of Bandon, he was likely receiving very good training, and presumably more of his strength or stronger would arise), but when Revan turned it was wiped out. None of the students under the trio had yet gotten even that far, and without Traya, it wasn't likely that they would in the reasonable future.

Revan's Empire had the seeds of a golden age, but it was quashed thank to Revan. The Triumvirate was an order of sith assassins and warriors, quite capable against the Jedi order that'd been badly beaten by multiple wars and sith uprisings in the same lifetime, but they didn't really delve further into the depths of the dark side.

I'd say either Marka Ragnos time or Vitiate's time.

It's always satisfying to look back on a past argument and know you owned.

Behold, me arguing for the PT era against the TOR era! Please collect your fallen jaws on your way out, thank you.

I think that's the first time I've seen you argue so fervently in favor of the PT.

Sidious' Empire probably, one guy in charge of it all, he has the most powerful Force user of all time at his beck and call, had the grandest army and everybody under his thumb for a good, relatively peaceful 20 years

Depends on your criteria. Success in galactic dominance? Palpatine. Success in eradicating the Jedi Order? The Sith Triumvirate, though it built on the work of its many predecessors. Longevity? The Lost Tribe of the Sith (barring the original Sith species from Adas' time to the arrival of the Exiles). Legacy? The Original Sith Empire.

I can't believe it's only been 2 years since you've made a good point.

Ragnos' era. This is confirmed in some books as well.

Darth Plagueis even states that.

So Jaden Korr > The Golden Age of Sith

Sad for the Sith... Lol

Cancerous.

Comparing Ragnos in Tavion Axmis' body to Ragnos in his prime is just disgusting. He's implied to share some parity with Muur as a spirit, who was the most powerful Force user in the galaxy during the time of Darth Krayt and Cade Skywalker.

I know I don't know jack shit but I was obviously shit stirring ffs
