Alright here is the break down one last time. (Included WS because its the same outcome vs Ozy):
- Cap and WS have dodged bullets from faster firing guns/rifles that fire faster bullets than the gun Ozy was shot from. These feats were performed in actual combat unlike Ozys feat.
- Cap and WS have reacted fast enough to block bullets from faster firing guns/rifles that fire faster bullets than the gun Ozy was shot from. These feats were performed in actual combat unlike Ozy's feat.
- Cap has more than enough strength to KO/kill Ozy with any sort of contact or attack.
- Ozy doesn't have enough strength and damage output to KO or put Cap down.
- Ozy has never been shown to fight with the type of super speed like H1 is claiming he could. There is no combat feat to back up his claims.
- Old and over the hill and drunk Comedian was able to block and land a couple shots on Ozy in their fight.
There is absolutely no way Ozy wins even 1 out of 10 fights in a straight up h2h fight vs Cap.

That's debating. Kudos. Others revert to trolling here.
1. Cap has never dodge a bullet after it was fired. Aim dodging (or the shooter missing) does not count.
2. Same as 1, never happened for Cap. Also catching a bullet that is meant kill you IS A COMBAT FEAT.
3. Maybe, but his fights against humans contradict that will happen if Cap lands a blow. Also, my argument is that Ozy won't get hit at all, making this point irrelevant.
4. False, Ozy has shown superhuman strength in the multiton range. That is far more than enough to damage Cap with a sufficient amount of hits (especially in critical or vital areas).
5. My argument for the last few pages has been about perception, not speed. I even claimed that Ozy can move his limbs slower than Cap's attacks and still manage to avoid being hit. I could easily argue that Ozy can, at any point, move far faster than Cap, but that argument isn't required since moving at the same speed or slightly slower would still result in not getting hit.
6. Comedian didn't land a blow nor did he block a single attack. Feats against Ozy aren't low showings for Ozy but good feats for that individual (unless you have strong evidence that individual is far below Cap in speed and reflexes). Ozy at the end of the movie was shown greater and improved. Characters fight at their best ability, not their worst. All of these points must be addressed. Failure to address any one of them makes 6 still invalid for you.
7. There is no way Cap can win 1 out of 10, or give Ozy a challenge in at least 1 out of 10.
