Unless I'm mistaken, the big issue about low ends vs high ends seems to only produce examples when Thor is against other original characters. Well why not just use Thor's solo feats? I'm sure by themself they'll be more consistent for all y'all ****ers.
Even though he is portrayed overall as a character that's on the level of those high ends, which comes from both a maths and literature stance.

Mongoose ACTUALLY utilized speed against Thor and he couldn't respond.
The same applies to Gladiator who demonstrated what an advantage speed is against The Odinson.
If you want to argue that Thor can tank his attacks due to his unbelievable damage soak, that is another story.
