Yeah, leave it to Jezebel to tell us what was going on in someone's mind in a life-death situation.
I thought the same thing. 👆

Even understanding that juries are selected at random, it's fking retarded that the jury was 2/3rds white. That's just asking for people to cry 'racism.'

It's only racism when the victim is black.

Darren Wilson tells ABC he has a ‘clean conscience,’ and would shoot Michael Brown again.

Well that's nice.

Isn't that a dishonest title? That's not what he said and that was not the question asked.

The question asked was:

Wilson said that he was sorry that Brown had died, but “he would not do anything differently that day,” according to Stephanopoulos. “He did what he was trained to do. He was simply doing his job.”

The ABC News host asked Wilson if things “would have gone down any differently if Michael Brown were white.”

“Absolutely not,” Wilson reportedly replied, adding that he had a “clean conscience.”

Breaking News: News organizations use title gore to attract readers to make money.

yea nobody would've clicked the link without that dishonest title.

Bet everyone who thought the cop shot him without cause feels like an idiot😂

People disagree with juries all the time.

WTF. These "protesters" certainly aren't helping their "cause." I feel sympathy for the people just trying to work and live there.

It's definitely not their intent but seeing as riots were a predictable outcome, it may send a message to America that if you make retarded decisions, you'll get retarded but avoidable responses.

Therefore this would theoretically decrease the chance of retarded decisions to being made in the first place.

Why would they?

Zero proof to support he shot Brown without cause.

Obama needs to send the message that Rule of Law must be respected. And if you don't like the law, change it. Get politically active, vote, and in the interim exercise to the fullest extent one's right to peaceful protest. It was effective 50 years ago fighting a much bigger battle.

Rioting and destruction only prove that, eg, Gov. Nixon was right to mobilize troops beforehand. I feel for Brown's parents, and I would wish the nightmare of losing a child on no one. But "Burn the ***** down!" only makes matters worse.

Oh, and Reverend Al: stfu.

Agreed, when black thugs kill white cops its treated as "shrugs"

But when white cops defend themselves against black thugs, its racism.

Your sweeping generalization aside, I believe the protests will continue as they should

Your sweeping generalization aside

Prove this statement. As it is complete fallacy.

Also prove he shot Brown without cause.

I accept you cannot.

Wow do you have any other sweet facebook status arguments for me? Are you copy pasting your favorite comments from the latest "Rioters riot and are rioting" video that your old high school lab partner posted?

That was me also being admittedly aggressive. But come on, man. There has been enough eye witness testimony (and yes, not just from black citizens) that contradict the reports made by the Ferguson Police Department. As well, in that shrug of a decision statement, we were told that Officer Wilson "never stood over Mike Browns body." When we actually have photo evidence of the contrary.

Don't you think it's strange? Don't you think leaving his body in the street for four and a half hours is strange?

You're right - I don't have proof he did it. I wasn't there, man. For what it's worth, I live in New England. Also, I'm not on the Police Force. Nor am I Officer Wilson. Are you any of these things? - Sorry that's a lame internet argument device. But it fits, ya know?

That's not for us to prove. That's what a trial is meant to clear up, so we'll just have to wait....oh wait, he's not going to be charged with anything, so we'll never find out....justice served.

I will admit. Phuck the Ferguson grand jury. Even Zimmerman got a trial.

From this I take it you have no idea how our country's laws work.

Grand Jury indicts off of probable cause.

Then it goes to a trial.

As he was not found to have probbable cause there was no reason to go to trial.

Comparing this to Zimmerman trial is simply not understanding the laws of the constitution of the United States of America.

Do you understand?

Actually it was proven he didn't shoot him without cause. Appears people here think the jury made the wrong decision. The same ones who have no clue about the laws of the country.
