When something moves at the speed of light it means that they are travelling the whole distance between two points at over 650 million miles per hour. Which is a crazy number if you think about it. How did i disprove myself teleportation isnt always instant. In some cases teleportation can be fast or it can take a while it depends on whose doing it or how they are doing it. Kamui isnt instant remember kakashi using it on deidara that took forever. or konan sticking the exploding paper on tobi while he was teleporting. Or tobi being poisoned by torune before he teleported.

Technically teleportation is the break down of matter and reconstruction of it at a different site from totally different atoms. There is no transfer at all. Only the transfer of information for the plans to rebuild a new copy on site.

I already explained this countless times before. Minato can teleport at light speed. He can't move at light speed, but he can warp at the speed of light, making him able to MOVE at the speed of light WITH A JUTSU. By TELEPORTING, he is moving from one place to another, AT THE SPEED OF LIGHT, AS PER STATEMENTS. 👆

I don't get how you can be so transparent. I've posted the definition from the Merriam-Webster dictionary. You are WRONG. Teleportation is movement by psychokinetic energy. All that means is he is traveling without moving himself, while letting the jutsu move him faster than he could otherwise. This really isn't a hard concept to get.
