They do.
They have multiple umbrella organizations (ie. Al-Qaeda, Boko Haram, MILF, Muslim Brotherhood, etc.)
Okay, so, while the second part of your post (the part I'm not quoting) is accurate, most of what you said here is false.
Al-Qaeda and ISIS are rivals. Globally, they're competing for recruits and presitge, while in Syria they're in open armed conflict vis-a-vis Al-Nusra Front.
As for Boko Haram, they've identified themselves as ideological brothers, but their alliance is like the alliance between Japan and Germany during WW2--mostly theoretical and for propaganda purposes. The Muslim Brotherhood is at odds with ISIS because the MB believes that civil action and democracy are the way to create a true Islamic State. The Muslim Brotherhood in Syria is aligned with the "Moderate" Rebels who are ISIS's prime enemy.
These are certainly not "umbrella groups" of ISIS. In fact, ISIS started out as an Al-Qaeda umbrella group that split off and became more powerful and effective than Al-Qaeda could ever have dreamed of being.
